Scope

This GDPR clarifies the reason, manner, and extent of collecting and using personal data by the provider of this website. ServerLogFiles

You as user can visit our website at anytime without giving details about your person. We collect and save some information automatically in server log files, that are transferred from your browser. This data includes: type of version of browser, file, date and time of access, transferred volume of data, notice about successful access, system software, referrer URL, IP address and the requested provider.
However, only access data is saved in server log files like name of the requested file, date and time of access, transferred volume of data and the requested provider.
This data is used only for statistics concerning the operation of the website, to make sure it works failure-free and to provide an improving experience on the website. We reserve the right to check log files retrospectively in case of justified suspicion of an illegal development.

Collecting, Saving and Handling your personal data

Transmission of personal data

For the execution of an order we need your name, address, e-mail address and payment details. In case of a credit check we could also need your date of birth.

You can order goods in our online shop as guest. When you order as guest, without creating a customer account, we safe your information only within the scope of our fiscal and commercial duties.

We do not pass your personal data including your address and e-mail address onto third parties.
Service partners (e.g. carriers) who need your data for the execution of your purchase order are excluded from the former.

If you purchase Epson spare parts, your address data can be passed on to Epson Deutschland GmbH, Otto-Hahn-Straße 4, D-40670 Meerbusch. The information that is transferred in those cases is limited to a minimum.

Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and in certain cases in which there is a legitimate interest, also with existing customers.
For this we work together with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hammerfelddamm 13, 41460 Neuss, from which we receive the necessary data.
For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH.
